These coppery colored leaves from the fertile valleys of South Africa are well known for their sweet flavor and health benefiting properties. Rooibos is made from the redbush plant; a flavorful yet caffeine free tea alternative.

BREWING GUIDELINES

  • Tea

    3 grams for every 6-8 oz of water (2 tsp per mug)

  • Temperature

    209 F (boil water, let cool for 1 min)

  • Time

    Let steep for 3 min
