209 F (boil water, let cool for 1 min)

If you are serious about tea you need to try this at least once. It's a very hardy and "matcho" tea. Not that it can't be enjoyed by everyone... But I think you will understand once you try it.

This tea is smoky, smoky, SMOKY! People either love or hate this flavor. I've heard described the flavor as 'beef jerkey' and 'boiled football.' If this sounds even rometly interesting to you then you HAVE to try it.
