This Taiwanese black tea is made from the 'Jin Xuan' cultivar of the tea plant. This cultivar is reputed to have an aroma reminiscent of milk, hence its use to making Milk Oolong. This black tea has a strong, well-balanced flavor that can be prepared in a variety of ways from hot or iced, to adding milk, sugar, and/or honey, to simply enjoying it black.
